researchers asked respondents to rate the attractiveness of a woman's face. The study showed women who have faces that are easily processed simetrislah brain to be judged - as well as those (women who have symmetrical faces) more pleasant to look at.

The researchers used a computer algorithm to perform a coding on the face of the woman in the visual cortex, located at the back of the human brain and detected.

The face of the most easily processed by the visual cortex is a simple woman face associated with the woman's age, the skin surface, and the symmetrical faces are controlled to ensure accurate results.

Prof Bill von Hippel, a professor of psychology at the University of Queensland said, "symmetrical face is considered more attractive because of the detection process much easier."
