Different types of foods that contain carbohydrates and sugars is difficult to avoid. Due to a variety of everyday foods usually contain carbohydrates and sugar. The experts recommend preventive measures and prophylaxis, such as regular oral hygiene and dietary modifications to prevent cavities.

1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet, as well as nutritious.
2. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
3. Restrict snacking snacks in between meals, and make sure every food consumed is low in sugar.
4. Take note of the food consumed in a week, and pay attention to the number and frequency of eating sweet foods.
5. Brush your teeth at least twice daily and flossing (flossing) to clean up leftovers in the teeth every day.
6. Visit your dentist regularly every 6 months.
