A study conducted by the University of Liverpool, England revealed that packaging fruit drinks such as juices and smoothies contain high levels of sugar.

To stay healthy, Moskovitz advised to give children fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice without sugar for a snack and avoid fruit juice packaging.
