It is not common anymore that up too late can damage the productivity of tomorrow. Not only distraction, stay up too late can affect health, especially for teens who attend school.
In adolescents high school, extra-curricular activities such additional formal or non-formal can make hours of sleep less than adequate, due to too

Reporting from Real Simple, ditulissebuah new research published in the Journal of Sleep Research shows that young people must sleep at 22:00 to 23:00 o'clock in the evening in order to get better performance.
The study was conducted by researchers of the Uni Research in cooperation with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, Orebro University, and the University of California, Berkeley. They looked at data since 2012 at 8 thousand year old Norwegian adolescents 16-19 years. They compared the academic record and their sleeping hours.
Researchers found that adolescents sleeping between the hours of 22:00 to 23:00 during the week had a more satisfactory values in the group.
"Our findings suggest that to bed early and sleep at the same time during the week a good effect on academic performance," said the researcher.
