Life in the capital region has high levels of pollution that can affect the lungs. But there are several things you can do to help clear the lungs.

The immune system actually has a specific function to perform healing and worked hard to restore the condition of the lung that has been exposed to various substances in the environment.

1. Reduce stress
Mind continuous stress can create an imbalance in the body and weaken the immune system. For that try to create positive thoughts about life so that the body becomes stronger and able to detoxify.

2. Sports
Regular exercise is very good for the lungs. Try doing olahrga walking for 30 minutes every morning in
the fresh air. This not only helps provide energy to the body but also strengthens the lungs and provide fresh oxygen to the cells of the lungs.

3. Eating certain foods
Certain foods can help clear the lungs, one of which is chili. Natural component of chili peppers called capsaicin could help open the capillaries so that the toxins out of the body through sweat.

Moreover try to limit the consumption of dairy products because it can lead to the production of mucus, and less processed foods. As well as drink plenty of water because if the body is well hydrated it can remove toxins more efficiently.

4. Breathing exercises
University of Missouri recommends abdominal breathing can strengthen and cleanse the lungs. Start by lying on your back and your hands resting on the abdomen with the palm at the bottom of the rib cage. Take a breath slowly and in allowing the diaphragm expands.

Then, after holding his breath for a moment, throw away the breath slowly. Perform this exercise for 5 minutes while lying relaxed and eyes closed. This is done to draw oxygen into the bottom of the lungs.

5. Doing yoga
Yoga is designed specifically to help the body release toxins from the muscles and organs. Doing yoga breathing for 15-30 minutes every day can help eliminate toxins in the lungs.
