New York- Recently, scientists from Johns Hopkins Ciccarone Center for the Prevention of Heart Disease, the United States found a link between physical fitness with a heart attack.
Apparently people whose bodies fit before getting a first heart attack, will be able to survive to survive when exposed to subsequent heart attack compared to people who do not fit. The results of this study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings.
It is known after researchers tested the fitness test on 2000 men and women. People who have high fitness scores tend to be 40 percent lower not quickly died after a heart attack compared to people who value low fitness.
Then, three people with the lowest fitness score dies within the first year after a heart attack the first time as quoted by page Time,
"The basic point to be emphasized here is people who have a body fit better able to survive a heart attack. This effect is remarkable," said one researcher, Michael Blaha.
