Indeed Body Need Water, But No Need Too Much


Our bodies are in need of water intake to keep the skin, mouth, and eyes still moist, lubricate the joints, carries nutrients throughout the body, regulate body temperature, launched the gastrointestinal system, and helps get rid of toxins. However, should we drink three liters of water every day?
More recently a number of experts urge us not to drink too much water. Balance also by eating fruits that contain lots of water and green vegetables. Moreover Estheticians say, plenty of fluids into the body is the secret of the skin supple and glowing skin, especially in middle age.
This is because we are born with a body composed of 75 to 80 percent water. The cells throughout our bodies gradually dried up with age. And by the time we reach the age of 50, the water intake of no more than 50 percent. However, a plea to drink more of it too much.
Day-to-day quarter of our liquid derived from food. Almost all foods contain water in it. In fact, a piece of bread alone accounts for as much as 33 percent H2O. But fruits and vegetables are also high in fiber such as cucumbers, lettuce, red peppers, and radishes.
"Healthy Hydration is about the liquid that you eat, not how many liters of water you drink," said professor of clinical medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, and author of The Water Secret, Dr Howard Murad was quoted by the Daily Mail,
According to Howard, drinking too much water actually deplete vitamins and minerals from the body if too quickly processed.
