Habits at Home that can trigger onset of illness


The disease can indeed come from anywhere. But unwittingly habits do everyday can be a trigger illness. What habits it?
Home is where someone is doing all kinds of activity and rest. But things do everyday at home it can be a trigger someone is sick.
For that to know the habits that performed daily and can cause pain, as quoted from Lifemojo, namely:
1. Rarely replace the sponge (sponge) for washing dishes
Sponge is a tool that is used to wash dishes, glassware or other equipment in the kitchen. Because it is used to rub the dirty objects, the sponge becomes a gathering place for microorganisms like bacteria. If someone rarely change it, then the sponges can be a tool that causes the infection.
2. Rarely change the sheets and pillowcases
Every day, dead skin cells and sweat even when you're not doing anything, including when sleeping. Therefore dead skin cells and bacteria from sweat can stick to and accumulate in
mattresses and pillows that promote infection and respiratory distress. For that change the sheets, pillowcases and wash bedding regularly.
3. Too often burn the flesh
Burning or grilling meat typically use high temperatures to produce compounds polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic amines (HCAs) that can trigger cancer.
4. Do not clean the air conditioner
The inside of the air conditioner could be an optimal place for various types of fungi and microbes breed. This is because the area moist and warm environment. Sometimes when AC rotate the spores could spread into the atmosphere, hence the AC should be cleaned regularly.
5. Do not check the expiration date
Every time you buy goods, the first thing you should do is check the expiration date, but unfortunately many people do not care about that. Whereas food or beverages that have expired can cause poisoning with symptoms of nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.
6. Do not bathe pets
Pets are just like any other living thing that needs to be cleaned to be free of fleas and other parasites. For that mandikanlah pets regularly to avoid any disease that can be transmitted to humans.
7. Watching television
Things always do while watching television is snacking on salty foods, high in calories and fat. This is a combination that is not healthy and can lead to obesity to be a risk factor for many diseases.
