Carrots are not only nourish the eyes but the cancer can be overcome with the power of these vegetables. A recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that carrot a positive impact against the risk of breast cancer.
Carrots and other vegetables containing beta carotene (natural organic compounds) that make the brightly colored vegetables is thought to have a protective effect for breast.
As reported by the Daily Mail, about 58
thousand women in the UK are diagnosed with breast cancer, but women who undergo a diet of vegetables that are rich in beta carotene make their cancer risk decreases.
This makes scientists from across Europe studying the levels of beta-carotene in carrots, and see how much influence cancer if you eat foods containing them.
The results showed women who eat foods containing beta carotene such as carrots and peppers, had a 40 to 60 percent less chance of developing breast cancer.
Dr Richard Berks, senior research communications officer at Charity Breast Cancer Now, said breast cancer or other diseases coming into the human body through their lifestyle choices.
"Earlier, we already know that a healthy diet can help reduce the risk of breast cancer by maintaining a healthy weight," said Berks.
Berks added, people can reduce the risk of breast cancer and other diseases through healthy lifestyle choices, where the diet should be varied and balanced.
