Research: Spicy Food Making Longevity


                                                                                                                                                                        Spicy foods much-loved people in some countries, because of the spicy taste is said to be able to add to the enjoyment of a meal and increase a person's appetite. But it was not only that, according to research by eating spicy food can prolong the life of a person.
A study conducted by scientists from Peking University Health Science Center in Beijing, China, analyzed the eating habits and its relationship to health. Object research were nearly half a million people in China who are already familiar with spicy food.

As a result, it was found that those who eat spicy food six to seven times a week had a reduced risk of dying by 14% compared to those in a week just eating spicy food less than one times.

Not only that, eating spicy foods can reduce the risk of death from heart disease, cancer, and respiratory diseases. In women, eating spicy foods can reduce the risk of death caused by an infection. The reduction in risk would be higher in those who did not consume alcohol.
