Photo of a man driving a three-wheeled vehicle - or in Indonesia called rickshaws - carrying excess cargo box was already circulating in cyberspace today.
The man who allegedly are scavengers has been dubbed as the 'most accomplished cyclists' in Chinese cyberspace.
According to reports, the man being led to the recycling station in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, where the photo was taken, as reported Huanqiu affiliated People's Daily Online.
Three-wheeled vehicle that seemed filled with cargo box of polymers to be diverted to the recycling stations.
The man looks steer the vehicle in the street with a gap in between boxes tied with plaster and rope.
According to reports, the boxes arranged in such a way to reach a height of 3 meters. This leads to the highway trying to avoid the unknown man named.
They say the man's actions pose a risk to themselves and road users with a box that much.
Reporting from Dailymail , the photo has sparked debateonline related to the safety of highway users.
Through Wenwuecity.com site, a netizen wrote, "Not only interfere with traffic, but it's not safe!"
"Where are the police? That guy can not even see the road!" said netizen more.
