Stress can be experienced by anyone and could have an impact on a person's body condition. But should soon overcome the stress experienced because it can cause hair loss.
"Stress can trigger hair loss, because the two are inter-related conditions, but this does not occur permanently," said Daniel K Hall-Flavin, MD as quoted from MayoClinic,
Hall-Flavin said if someone can control the stress they experienced, the hair will grow back. This condition usually occurs when someone found hair loss suddenly while combing or shampooing.
It is known there are three types of hair loss that can be attributed to high levels of stress are:

2. Telogen effluvium caused by emotional or physical stress so as to encourage a large number of hairs to enter the resting phase. Within a few months the possibility of the loss of hair found suddenly when combing or shampooing.
3. Trichotillomania is the irresistible urge to pull hair from the scalp, eyebrows or other body areas. Hair withdrawal can happen when their negative or uncomfortable feelings such as stress, anxiety, tension, fatigue, loneliness or frustration.
Normally, a person could lose around 100 hairs per day is caused by several factors such as:
- Minimum, average hair will fall out and are replaced by new hair within 6 months.
- Some of the activities associated with such hair shampooing, drying and combing that causes some hair loss.
- Aging, generally after the age of 30 years in both men and women begin to experience hair loss, although it occurs faster in men.
