Not all people who have sleep disorders need to take drugs to overcome the problem. This is because there are some side effects that can arise as a result of sleeping pills.

sleeping pills can be long, causing a sense of irresistible sleepiness the next day. This condition would be dangerous if someone has to drive or control the machine.
2. Sense confused when awakened
Sleeping pills can cause drowsiness effects and confused when awakened at night, for example, fell when the people woke up to go to the toilet. Some people and some even fell down the stairs because the soporific effect of these drugs. Parents who take aspirin have an increased risk of hip fracture.
3. Tolerance limits increased

4. Addiction
