Men Down Weight 10 Kg Just by Eating potatoes


An Australian man, Andrew Taylor (36) once vowed it would only take potatoes for a year to lose weight. And it worked. Body weight was reduced by 10 kilograms since last year.

"I want to change the way of thinking, the food can not control my life. And I call the experience of eating potatoes in the Fit Spud," Taylor said, as reported by FoxNews, Wednesday


The father of the child said, every meal, he always used the sauce and seasoning to taste the potato. But he does not use oil at all.

"It feels amazing, I really feel fitter with this diet," he said.

Although this diet is enough to attract attention, but medical experts disagree with this diet. "Single Diet (nutrition only from potatoes) can increase the risk of colon cancer," says nutritionist Dr Joanna McMillan.

According to Joanna, no one food in the world that has all the complete nutrition. For that, we are encouraged to consume a variety of foods for every meal has a complementary nutrients our bodies need daily.

"Just eat potatoes can cause a deficiency of iron, zinc, calcium, iodine, omega-3 fats, antioxidants and some vitamins. He also did not get enough fiber and vulnerable constipation and may cause hemorrhoids," said Joanna.
