Experts say that excessive ear wax production caused by several factors such as trauma, blockage in the ear canal, deficiency of Omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, and magnesium.
If allowed, the dirt that has accumulated it becomes difficult to clean and it is quite likely you will have a hearing loss.

1. Olive Oil
This is the safest way to remove earwax. Dip a piece of cotton in warm olive oil. Squeeze the excess oil to reduce and then put cotton in my ears. Remove the cotton after 15 minutes. Repeat this method until the dirt is reduced.

Baby oil can be used as an alternative to clean earwax. In addition to soft, baby oil has no side effects. Do the same process as when using olive oil.
8. Warm Water
After a shower, wash the ear with warm water to remove earwax.

Make a solution of salt with warm water lukewarm. Tilt your head to the side and drops of saline solution into the ear gently. Return the head to its normal position and stick a cotton ball into the ear. Repeat this process on the other ear.
10. Vinegar and Alcohol
Mix vinegar and alcohol, spray the ear (about 2 drops). Take a cotton swab and gently clean and massage the inner ear. Repeat this process until the earwax accumulates can be lifted.
