A heart-wrenching photograph has become the talk of netizens. In the picture, looks lonely dog hugging stuffed roadside.
The animal was found by someone who works at an institute shelter dog named Forgotten Dogs of the 5th Ward Project, Yvette Holzbach. It is quoted by the Daily Mail.
Holzbach found it a few months ago and immediately touched by what he saw. Then he posted a photo of the dog and get a response by people who are trying to track him down, but unfortunately they could not find it.
"When I first saw the dog was holding a doll, my first reaction was 'oh dear, funny'. But that has changed after I took the picture," he said.
Holzbach decision to not take the dog when it's been a debate. Although he asked people not to judge him, a comment that continues to flood it.
Earlier this month he returned to the place where Holzbach find the dog. Then he was told that the animal belonged to an old man.
Holzbach and volunteers Forgotten Dogs of the 5th Ward Project seeks to locate the man, identified as Calvin, who live in vulnerable areas in the city.
The 89-old man told Holzbach that he had rescued stray dogs over the years, including the dog who hugged the doll.
However, the dog chose to escape. Allegedly, it has not been neutered
animal, causing it look for a female dog.
Based on the information neighbor, the man used to take 22.5 kilograms of dog food per day and feed the animals rescued.
As one nurse dogs, they always face the dilemma of determining which dog will be given to the shelter.
"This dog is very sad heart, but the animals look healthy. The bad news is this dog will be more difficult to be in a shelter than the other dogs who have the condition worse," he said.

Forgotten Dogs of the 5th Ward can only feed 50 dogs every day because of the lack of people who want to preserve. He also said that it is difficult to take a new wild dogs.
Calvin visiting team could not find the dog, but they plan to take more stray dogs.
While the other groups offer a home for the dog now been found.
"He is now full and we give the drug to the skin. But we want to put at the shelter where he could get the love they need," the group said in its Facebook page.
