Do you experience weight gain along with increasing age? Although various attempts have been made, including diet and exercise, but rather the weight gain is a side effect of the age.

related to weight loss further. The food was the most to gain weight it is:

3. Sleep is also a factor causing weight gain. People who sleep 6-8 hours a night tend to have a stable weight and while those who slept less than six hours or more than eight hours has a tendency to gain weight.
