Children born of socio-economic background is high tend to rely on the help of parents when they are adults.
Author Anna Manzoni of North California State University says it wants to see how young adults become independent. Focusing on research called
partial independence, Anna saw many children separated from their parents continued to receive financial support from their parents. Children of the rich tend to be difficult to be independent and rely solely on parental wealth alone as adults.
In the study, Anna looked at data on 6471 people aged 18 to 32 who participated in the Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health found to Adulth, 41.4 percent of participants ages 25 and 32 when the study was conducted in 2008 still rely on financial support from their parents.
