A plastic surgeon was charged with causing death due to undergo a model of simple plastic surgery procedure known as Chinese Moustache.

Her husband, Gilberto Azevedo, said to investigators that Santos had complained about a rapid heartbeat and difficulty breathing after performing the procedure at a clinic in Niteroi, near Rio de Janeiro on January 11.
Finally, the model was taken to another medical center, where he died several hours later. "When we got there, he had a heart attack," said Azevedo told Midia News.
