London - Almost everyone wants to have a healthy mind and body, with long life and happiness. But not all of them can achieve that desire.
Various things can hinder, either because the environment or in a larger scope, ie the state, which does not support. For example, the poverty, the difficulty of meeting basic needs, or the unstable state of the country because of conflict or war.
More recently The Telegraph issued a map that illustrates the life expectancy rate in the world. From these data, it can be seen countries that have the most aged population
with a length of up low.
Based on these maps, it can be seen that the average Earth's population live 54-84 years.
The results of the study reveal that Africa is the only continent in the world that has a country with a life expectancy below 60 years, with 28 states.
Life expectancy is the lowest in Sierra Leone with an average age of 46 years, followed by country Lesotho, Angola, Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, Cote d'Ivoire, Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau, Nigeria and Swaziland.
But there are countries in Africa that have high enough levels of life expectancy. The country is Namibia (67 years), Morocco (71), Egypt (71), Algeria (72), Libya (75), and Tunisia (76).

Records state where residents live the longest held by the Japanese, with an average age up to 84 years. Followed by countries with high life expectancy to 83 years, namely Andorra, Australia, Switzerland, Italy, Singapore, and San Marino.
Life expectancy in Europe is still quite good, but if it moves to the east of the continent, the average age will be even lower.
The Germans have an average age up to 81 years, Poland (77), Ukraine and Belarus (71), to the lowest in Russia at the age of 69 years.
