Drinks Morning to Boost Immunity

Several things can be done to boost the immune system, one through drink. Know a good drink consumed mornings to boost immunity.

Dr. David Katz of the Yale Prevention Research Center said that drinking water will help keep the immune system running smoothly. However, some other drinks can contain compounds that can enhance and strengthen the immune system.

For the start of the consumption of drinks that can make the body healthy and disease free in the mornings, as quoted from Livestrong, namely:

1. Green tea
Ritual consume green tea in the morning is not just good for the soul, but it's been known for centuries as enhancing the immune system and prevent and cure various malignancies.

4. Drink protein
Protein drinks not only increase muscle growth, but also can help boost immune system function. This is likely due to protein drinks containing glutathione, an antioxidant that is needed to keep the immune system functioning properly.

5. Drink fiber
Researchers from the University of Illinois found that consumption of soluble fiber drinks regularly can boost the immune system cells that help the healing process and restore the sick body more quickly.
