3 Coffee Mug A day in order Liver Healthy


A study conducted by Monash University in Melbourne found that consumption of three cups of coffee a day can prevent liver damage (liver).
As reported by Chinadaily, this study focused on 1,100 patients who had liver disease at Monash Medical Clinic and coffee can reduce liver disorders due to hepatitis C.
Liver disease affects about 40 per cent of Australians. Current statistics show that about 6 million Australians experienced a
buildup of fatty liver, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
Liver disease specialist, Alex Hodge said the findings were presented at the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases in San Francisco.
"Of course, depending on the type of coffee and how severe the condition of their liver disease. However, quality coffee without sugar that gives health benefits and prevent liver damage," said Hodge.
In a separate study, Chan Harvard University School of Public Health found the same results with a comparison of people who drink up to five cups of coffee per day. In the overall study population, the consumption of quality coffee on a daily basis can reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease and suicide, "the researchers said.
"Bioactive Compounds in coffee is thought to reduce insulin resistance and inflammation systematically," said a medical student at Harvard, Ming Ding in a study published in the journal Circulation.
