Correctional Institution (LP) Burwash in Ontario Canada, has been closed for about four decades. But the LP is still a mystery scary, especially for those who love adventure and daring entry into the grimy corridor.
This prison was built around 1914, and can accommodate about 1,000 inmates. About 70 years in prison in operation, thousands of people serving a sentence before being closed in 1975. Many stories are creepy behind the prison.
Standing in an area of 35,000 hectares, Burwash in its heyday able to sustain all of its needs. Infrastructures and facilities are here, such as hospitals, shopping malls, power plants and others.
Once closed, all the property that was in it was purchased by the Canadian government US $ 1.8 million, and then leased to the goat farm. And in the 1990s, Burwash complex used for military training.
