2 photographed the fluorescent light and posted on Facebook on 27 December. One of them is Lisa Walley Staggs who works near the stalled Tulane Hospital is not functioning after the storm.
Lisa photo post has been shared more than 20,000 people and many of the comments about the light.
One of these came from contact Lisa. He commented, "Do ghosts are having a Christmas party there?" as reported by the Daily Mail,
But security forces said it was likely that turn the lights were the ones that went into the building and brought neon sign.

"We will ask the police arrested them on charges of illegal entry," said Leslie Capo from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center who previously partnered with the hospital.
However, many doubt his statement and the security forces. The beam is level 12, and there was no electricity in the building.
Mike Arbon, a former anesthetist who worked at the hospital was one of the meragukanya. He is the second person to photograph the mysterious rays.

Meanwhile a group of people claiming the light was coming from their photos on Instagram. Then, they accused the two men 'steal' their photo and editing by 'gluing' in the building. Unfortunately, many of the comments do not believe the group's claims. Some of them said that the luminescence light is much different.
Nevertheless the police will investigate the incident, because, according to another witness who did not take foto-- --namun light was lighted almost 2 hours.
