Horrified, Ada Cemetery in Lake Elementary

Since this event, many graffiti reads "Cofiwch Dryweryn" (Remember Tryweryn) at the edge of the valley as a reminder of the history of their tenuous relationship with Britain. In 2005, Liverpool City Council formally apologized for the drowning of Tryweryn Wales.
