A desperate American woman to call 911 for relatively trivial reasons. The reason he did call the phone number for emergencies, only because the store where she ordered pizza one send orders and refused to refund the money.
the woman called 911 and asked, "If I order a pizza and they refused to refund my money if you can do something?"
The officer who answered the phone would respond politely, "It should not you report it to 911."
He also explained, "is a 911 (phone number) for life-threatening emergencies only."
The woman was confused by the explanation he got. He again asked whether the 911 can call the pizza shop where he ordered.
"I ordered the small size pizza, with cheesetopping half and half bacon. But they instead send half a hamburger," he told 911.
The woman continued, "I called the pizza shop, but they would not refund my money. They kept hung up the phone every time I call them."
Again, the staff 911 again explained that it is not a matter for the police and they can not call a pizza shop for the sake of the woman.
But the woman repeated, "And what about the pizza shop can call the police? I went there and started arguing."
At the end of the 911 officers offered to bring in police officers and met at a pizza shop.
