Cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension, stroke, and heart attacks are usually the result of someone trouble keeping her weight and become obese. But there are actually more dangerous than obesity itself.

The condition in question is the accumulation of fat in around the waist. This is considered a strong accumulation of fat can trigger liver disorder called 'non-alcoholic fatty liver disease' (NAFLD).
Previous studies also reveal the link between NAFLD and obesity, where 80 percent are obese have a liver disorder. But later found out if this condition is actually not only occur in those who are overweight alone.
This was revealed when the researchers looked at 323 patients with NAFLD slim. They were then divided by BMI, waist circumference and fat belly.
Apparently, NAFLD patients with a waist circumference over 35 inches (women) and 40 inches (men) suffered greater losses than obese NAFLD patients though. How not, they are sleek but suffer from NAFLD is more at risk of developing metabolic syndrome (a combination of diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity, red); carotid plaques, or a buildup of fat and cholesterol in the carotid artery; and fibrosis.
Broadly speaking, the researchers found there were 16 percent of NAFLD patients with normal weight. In other words, though slender, someone with a wide waist circumference more at risk of liver disease compared with that is fat.
"You could say the first study to reveal that there is a percentage of NAFLD patients who are not really obese," said the researcher, Dr. Rosa Lombardi of Policlinco Hospital, University of Milan, as reported Express.co.uk.
These findings are considered important in view of NAFLD that left unchecked can lead to inflammation that can lead to cirrhosis and liver damage. Not to mention other risks that haunt people with fat accumulation in the liver, such as diabetes, heart attack and stroke.
Nevertheless, NAFLD can still be prevented if the buildup of fat is administered early.
