When faced with a math test, as much as possible avoid stress if you do not want to be likened to lose before the war. Even if a person is quite smart, math will be more difficult to do if the person panic and stress.

Meanwhile, to overcome panic when faced with a math exam, Dr. Beilock provides simple tips. Before entering the exam room, take 10 minutes to write down on a piece of paper hearts content and then save it and not remembered until the test is completed.
