Fayoum - Maybe, Fossils and Climate Change Museum is the only museum exhibiting fossils in the desert. The museum was officially opened a few days ago.
Fossils and Climate Change Museum is located near the city of Fayoum, about 150 km to the southwest of the City of Cairo, Egypt. Its location right in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Oust Egypt, this is the first fossil museum in the Middle East.
The museum recently opened to tourists a few days ago. This was reported by the international media, among others,

The museum is located in the valley called Wadi Al-Hitan, which if translated into "Valley of the Whales'. The reason, this valley in prehistoric times is the ocean. In this valley, the museum displays a giant whale bones 37 million years old. Long bones reaches 20 meters!
