Processed New Green Tea, Strawberry Layer Chocolate Matcha

The most recent is the creation of strawberry and matcha chocolate layer that is so crazy foodies in the State Sakura.

Reporting from Rocketnews24, tea company based in Japan named Itohkyuemon, introduced a special product which was launched to celebrate Valentines Day which falls every year on February 14.

Named Ochame, these snacks are made of fresh strawberries were still intact and dipped into melted white chocolate. Once frozen in the fridge, chocolate-covered strawberries had been covered with the solid green matcha powder.


The name 'ochame' itself in Japanese means 'strawberry tea'.

The final result looks so sweet creations shaped green balls if bitten will show fresh strawberries on the inside.

Taste also blends taste bitter, sweet and slightly acidic.
