Scientists: Humans Could Not Longevity Because Mindset


                                                                                                                                                                    The average age of men when it is not more than 70 years, the cause is suspected because of the performance of organ aging and weakening. However, according to Rudi Westendorp, scientists from Copenhagen University, England, man can not live longer because of the mindset.
Rudi said that the only reason the man is incapable of living long is because they do not believe that they can live longer. This mindset has prevented humans adapt to the increase in life expectancy can exceed 100 years.

"It is the wrong way to look if we think we can take the story of the lives of parents and our ancestors, and apply it in our own lives" wrote Rudi, in his book entitled Growing Older Without Feeling Old: On Vitality and Ageing, as reported Dailymail, 11 October 2015.

In his book, Rudi also said that now the first human beings who would live to be 135 years old has been born. It is based on a British research shows that thanks to healthy lifestyles and better medical treatment, the average age of man began to increase.

The average age of humans increases up to 6 years in a generation. In 2030, an estimated average woman would survive up to 90 years, while men will persist in her mid 80s. Therefore Rudi said that now, human beings will eventually live up to 135 years old, was born.
